2015 Ford Focus
In the segment of compact cars, Ford Focus is considered as one of the key players. This model came in 1998 and it is currently in its third-generation. Current-generation model came in 2011, when American and International version were reunited again. After four years of production, company introduced a refreshed version, which comes as 2015 Ford Focus. Offered traditionally both as sedan and hatchback, it comes with both visual and mechanical modifications. Refreshed look, redesigned interior and new engine are the most important changes in 2015 Focus.
2015 Ford Focus redesign
As we said, 2015 Ford Focus comes as refreshed model so it features several modifications, when it is about exterior. Naturally, most of the changes are on the front end. This part of the car now completely follows company’s new Kinetic design language so it features completely redesigned front fascia. There are new sharp headlights, Aston Martin-like grille with five slats, redesigned bumper and even slightly modified hood. The back of car follows those frontal changes and it features new taillights and new trunk lid.
Interior of 2015 Focus also comes with significant changes. Although basically remains in the same styling, it features novelties such as new center console and new three-spoke steering wheel. The only bad thing is that there are no improvements in legroom for the rear passengers, which is considered as main lack, compared to competitors. When it is about safety, beside airbags all over the cabin, customers can also order radar-based blind spot warning and lane departure system at extra cost.
2015 Ford Focus engine
The base engine option for 2015 Focus remains the same. It is a 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine, which delivers 160 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque.
